Hubcap Heaven and Wheels

Emmett was able to obtain refurbished rims and install new tires for my truck which are sharp looking. He completed the work during off hours around my schedule. Great service!!

After bending a rim on the streets of NOLA, I called hubcap heaven because every where else I called didn't sell rims. I was told it would be ordered and should take 2 to 3 days to come in. That was on Tuesday two and a half weeks ago and still no rim. The worst part is I've reached out many times without one call initiated by Emmett. I finally just ordered online and it came in 2 days later for less money. I personally wouldn't waste my time here(again, what was supposed to be 2 to 3 days has turned into almost 3 weeks). If you need your vehicle in a timely manner do not rely on this place.

The owner Emmett was so professional, courteous, and did a fantastic Job! He took three rims that was damaged from pep boy tire center and 1000% made them look like new. It took a little longer than first stated, but every time I called and was informed he was so respectful and just wanted to make sure that we were whole at the end of the day! They really go above and beyond, stayed open till 10:00 p.m. just to make sure we had our vehicle. Hubcap heaven will be A definite recommendation to all of my family and friends. If you want it done right and you want to be treated like your family, go to hubcap heaven and see Emmett.

My only complaint would be I just found this place. It's a bit off the beaten path but well worth finding them. They still believe in customer service and went over expectations. Had some issues with a shipment but the problem was communicated and handled in a way that shocked me for a business today. Also not only was the service wonderful but great prices for an independent small business. If I remember his price was better then all other local businesses and MOST of the big box prices too. Anything that I need tires, wheels and hubs they will be my first call from now on! Great place

Great experience. Emmett was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to explain everything. Went to them about vibration issues when my vehicle was at speed. They found that my tires had not been balanced properly in the past. They also found that two of my alloy wheels were bent and repaired them, which resolved my vibration issues. During the repair they were responsive to my inquiries about the status of my vehicle through text which was super convenient. Prices were reasonable and they did not try to up sell. Would highly recommend checking them out.
